By accessing or using the IAA Portal, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use.

2. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and ensuring information submitted is accurate. Full names should be entered exactly as stated on the user's IC or passport because certificates, official letters, and portal records may be generated using the submitted information.

3. Prohibited Activities

• Submitting false information.
• Impersonating another person.
• Attempting unauthorised system access.
• Uploading harmful or malicious content.
• Using the portal for unlawful purposes.

4. Event Registrations

IAA reserves the right to approve, reject, modify, postpone, or cancel programmes and registrations when necessary.
